Vanestream

Set up your Facebook Page and ad account

To run ads from Vanestream you need three free things on Meta's side: a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account linked to it, and an ad account. All three take about fifteen minutes. You can also ask the assistant in the chat at any point; it walks you through the same steps.

1. A Facebook Page for your music

Open Facebook, go to Pages and choose Create new Page. Use your artist or project name, pick a category such as Musician/Band, and add your profile picture. Your personal profile stays separate; ads run from the Page.

2. Instagram as a professional account, linked to the Page

In the Instagram app open Settings, then Account type and tools, and switch to a Professional account (Creator or Business both work). In the same settings, under Sharing to other apps or Linked accounts, connect it to the Facebook Page from step 1. This lets your ads show on Instagram too.

3. Connect Facebook in Vanestream

Back in Vanestream, open Ad Campaigns and tap Connect Facebook. Meta opens a window where you sign in and choose the Page. If you don't have an ad account yet, Meta offers to create one in that same window; accept it. Connecting is free and spends nothing. Nothing runs until you turn a campaign on.

If Facebook says "Feature unavailable"

Meta is still approving Vanestream for everyone. Write to us from the Contact page and we add your account, usually the same day.

What to expect after

Your first campaign is built from a ready-made setup: a video or picture, who sees it, a daily amount you choose, and the page it sends people to. It is saved paused. Turn it on when you are ready, and turn it off any time.
