Vanestream

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026

The service and who provides it

Vanestream (pages, mailing lists, ads tools, analytics and related features) is provided by 1001790558 Ontario Inc., a corporation based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("Vanestream", formerly "Linkertown"). By using vanestream.com or the product you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: [email protected].

Accounts and age

You must be at least 16 to use Vanestream, and 18 or older to use advertising and automation tools. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in details confidential. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or create. You give Vanestream a limited license to host, display and process it to run the service (for example, to publish a page or send mail you authorize). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you submit, including audience data.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vanestream to:

  • publish unlawful, hateful, deceptive or sexually exploitative content, or content that infringes others' rights;
  • impersonate a person or organization, or run phishing or scam pages;
  • send email to people who did not agree to receive it, or ignore unsubscribe requests;
  • break the rules of a connected service such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify or AWS;
  • probe, scrape or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Email you send

You are the sender of any email you send through Vanestream. You must have permission from each recipient, identify yourself accurately, include a working unsubscribe link and a valid postal address where the law requires it (for example CAN-SPAM and Canada's CASL), and honor opt-outs. We may pause sending for accounts with high complaint, bounce or failure rates.

Reporting content and takedowns

Every public page has a “Report this page” link. You can also write to [email protected] with the page address, what is wrong, and (for copyright) the work you own and your contact details. We review reports promptly, remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and may notify the page owner. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Plans, payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Features and limits are on the Pricing page. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you are unhappy with a first payment, email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We will tell you in advance before changing prices or plans.

Domains you buy from us

When you buy a domain on Vanestream, we register it for you through our registrar partners (Vercel, which uses ICANN-accredited registrars such as Name.com and Tucows). You are the registrant: the domain is registered in your name with the contact details you give us, and the registrar's registration agreement and ICANN's registrant rights and responsibilities apply to it. Keep those details accurate and confirm the registrar's verification email, or the registrar may suspend the domain.

You pay at checkout, and we register the domain only after your payment succeeds. If registration then fails, we refund the payment in full. Once a domain is registered the fee can't be refunded, including under the first-payment refund above, because registrars don't refund registrations.

Domains renew automatically each year at our renewal price on the day of renewal (some endings have a lower first-year price), charged about 30 days before expiry to the card you used. That price follows the registrar's price, which can change. We email you before each renewal, and if the price is higher than what you last paid or were told, we tell you the new price before charging it. You can turn renewal off at any time. You can buy and keep a domain here on any plan, Free included, and it keeps renewing whatever plan you are on. Basic and Pro members pay a lower price; the renewal price follows the plan you have when it renews. You can move a domain to another registrar for free with the transfer code from your Domains page (registrars allow transfers 60 days after registration). A domain that isn't renewed expires and may become available to others.

Showing your pages on a domain you own (bought here or elsewhere) is part of the Basic and Pro plans, up to your plan's number of own domains. Without one, or past that number, the domain shows a simple holding page that links to your free Vanestream address. If your plan stops covering a domain that was showing your pages, we email you and keep your pages on it for 30 days before they move to your free address.

AI features and beta features

AI-generated output can be wrong; review it before you publish or send it. Features marked Beta, such as DistroKid earnings, may be inaccurate or change without notice, so do not rely on them for tax or payment decisions. You are responsible for ads you publish through connected ad accounts, including their cost and compliance with platform policies.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from your profile at any time, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

As-is service

Vanestream is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data or use. Our total liability for claims about the service is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to cover claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your emails or ads, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of Toronto, Ontario, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

If we make material changes we will notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Vanestream afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
