Delete your data

In Vanestream, open Settings, then Meta Ads (or Instagram), and press Disconnect. We delete the access token straight away and stop reading from your account. Campaigns that are already running stay on Meta; you can manage them in Meta Ads Manager.

You can also remove Vanestream from Facebook itself: Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, then Remove next to Vanestream. On Instagram: Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites.

Open your Profile and press Delete my account under Your data. This deletes your pages, mailing lists, subscribers, domains, analytics, saved AI chats, and everything we stored from Meta: your access token, the ad accounts you picked, the campaigns, results and creatives we copied from Meta, all straight away. Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from the same card.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say what you want deleted. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days. More in our Privacy Policy.
